Frances Rasouli, owner of the famous old town Scottsdale Novecento Café and with a degree in Industrial Food Science, has developed and perfected all of these traditional Mediteranean Sage Gourmet Products for more than two decades. Sage Gourmet's commitment to healthy, natural and always delicious products is our highest priority. We have run our Mediterranean restaurant with that promise for over 10 years and our customers keep coming back for more! Our salad dressings, baklava and hummus are beloved by our regular patrons and newcomers alike. We have customers from many different countries who stop back to enjoy our food and often ask to purchase our dressing, baklava and hummus to enjoy at home. More recently, our loyal customers have requested we ship our fine products to them and that is how Sage Gourmet was founded!
